Homeowners who reach Advicepersonnel Tree Service should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We would still like to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Advicepersonnel Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
